- Single & multiple dental implants
Don't let missing teeth
hold you back.
Reclaim your smile, your confidence and your favourite foods. A dental implant replaces a missing tooth — root and all — without touching the healthy teeth either side. Three quick questions to see whether it’s right for you.
- Your neighbouring teeth stay untouched — unlike a bridge, which means cutting down two healthy teeth to replace one
- Planned in 3D before anything is placed — CBCT scan, digital planning, and a printed surgical guide so the implant goes exactly where it was designed to
- Your crown built in our own laboratory — shade matched in the building, not couriered across town
- Interest-free payment plans from $52 a week — subject to approval
Take the first step to a fixed smile — take the quiz
Three quick questions, and if suitable we'll book in your Smile Blueprint Session¹ with Dr Jeevan or Dr Sanjana.

Terms and conditions of this offer
The Smile Blueprint Session is available to new and existing patients aged 18 or over who complete this enquiry form and attend an appointment at a My Dentist Network clinic. It comprises a 30-minute clinical assessment with Dr Jeevan Sivalingam or Dr Sanjana Illango, three-dimensional imaging and modelling where clinically indicated, and a discussion of your treatment goals and options. It does not include a general dental check-up, scale and clean, treatment of any other dental condition, or any treatment itself. Imaging is taken only where the treating practitioner considers it clinically appropriate for assessing your suitability. One session per person. No deposit is taken and there is no obligation to proceed. Appointments are subject to availability. Not available with any other offer. My Dentist Network may withdraw this offer at any time; sessions already booked will be honoured. If implant treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, we will tell you at the session and explain what would suit you better.
- What it is
A replacement root, not just a replacement tooth
When you lose a tooth, the visible crown is only half of what goes. The root goes too — and the jawbone that used to support it begins to shrink, because bone maintains itself in response to load.
An implant addresses both halves. A small titanium post is placed into the bone where the root used to be. Bone grows onto its surface and locks it in place — a process called osseointegration — and that post then carries a crown made to match the shade and shape of your own teeth.
The practical difference from a bridge or a denture is that an implant stands on its own. It doesn’t need the teeth either side cut down for support, and it transmits chewing force into the bone the way a natural root does.
- Worth knowing
A gap doesn't stay a gap
01
The bone shrinks
Bone maintains itself in response to load. With no root transmitting force, the ridge narrows and loses height — most rapidly in the first year.
02
Neighbours drift
Teeth either side of a gap gradually tip and move into the space, which can change your bite and make the gap harder to restore cleanly.
03
The opposing tooth over-erupts
The tooth above or below the gap has nothing to meet, so it slowly moves down or up into the space.
04
Grafting becomes likelier
Where enough bone has been lost, an implant may need a graft first — which adds time and cost to treatment that would otherwise have been straightforward.
What this doesn't mean
It doesn't mean you've left it too late, and it isn't a reason to book in a hurry. Plenty of our patients have had a gap for years and are still straightforward cases. It does mean that a 3D scan is the only way to know where you actually stand — which is exactly what the Smile Blueprint Session is for.
